- Make sure the okra is dry after washing it.
- Trim the stems off and then salt them. Use a good salt like pink Himalayan.
- Then drizzle a nice olive oil or flavored olive oil and mix it up.
- Place the okra on a dry pan. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. After 7 minutes, shake the sheet pan.
- Before taking them out of the oven, make sure they are brown and tender.
- If you like spicy, try sprinkling chili pepper or simply use hot sauce.
